Foam is used to extinguish flammable, liquid chemical substances or fuels. Foam Extinguishing Systems, according to their chemical properties; protein based, synthetic based, film forming, alcohol resistant foam types. Foam extinguishing systems are designed automatically or manually. Foam is generally used in extinguishing systems such as foamed sprinkler system, foamed fire cabinets, tank extinguishing system, foamed monitor system, foam generator.
